Services: The mission of the FRUA-WI is to support the families who
have adopted or who are in the process of adopting from the former
Soviet block countries. We do this by providing a membership
community that is linked while celebrating the duel heritage of our
families. Meetings take place at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at
various times through out the year.
